15th November 2013: BBA 20th Anniversary Event.

14th June 2013: Hong Kong Alumni Reception.

18th March 2013: MBA Hong Kong Alumni Dinner.

15th December 2012: Hong Kong Alumni Group Christmas Dinner.

9th September 2012: Hong Kong Alumni Dinner with Sir Chris Bonington at the Heichinrou Restaurant.

18th December 2011: Art Jamming: Hong Kong alumni express themselves through art. Followed by Christmas dinner.

31st July 2011: Yim Tin Tsai: day trip where we learnt more about the Hakka culture.

27th March 2011: Orbis – Walk for Sight. A 10km walk followed by a dim sum dinner.

18th December 2010: Wetlands Adventure, Hong Kong Wetlands Park.

10th January 2009: Chinese New Year Gathering. Day out at the Strawberry Garden, with traditional Chinese Poon Choi dinner.

20th May 2007: Hong Kong Reunion Dinner with Professor David Brown. Professor Brown shared the latest happenings at Lancaster University and the Lancaster China Management Centre.

5th September 2006: Freshers’ Pre-departure Briefing and Alumni Gathering.

7th December 2002: Xmas Party in conjunction with the University of Glasgow Alumni Association. Mariner’s Club, Tsim Sha Tsui.

2nd November 2002: British Council (UK Alumni Website Launch) at Mezz, Prince Building, Central.

26th October 2002: Barbecue at Sai Kung Beach Resort.

24th August 2002: Freshman Orientation at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

24th June 2002: Meeting with the Vice-Chancellor and representatives from the International Office.

15th June 2002: Dragon Boat Race, Sai Kung. The alumni association had one entry in the women’s small boat division, and Lancaster alumni raised HDK $3,300 for the Children’s Cancer Fund.

25th May 2002: Annual General Meeting at King Palace Restaurant, Wan Chai.

26th–27th January 2002: Education Fair at Wan Chai Convention Centre.

24th November, 2001: Hiking at Lamma Island.

16th September 2001: Vice-Chancellor’s visit, Regal Hong Kong Hotel.

25th August, 2001: Freshman Orientation at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

19th May, 2001: AGM at the Hong Kong Jockey Club Staff Social Club.

11th February 2001: Charity Walk held by the charity Community Chest.

9th–11th February 2001: Education Fair, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

13th August 2000: Boat Trip at Sai Kung.

24th June 2000: Accounting and Finance Reunion with Professor Peter Pope, Kowloon Hotel.

6th June 2000: Dragon Boat Race for Charity. We raised HK $8,000 for the Children’s Cancer Foundation.

27th May 2000: Annual General Meeting at the CityTop restaurant, City University.

18th December 1999: Hot Pot Dinner.

6th November 1999: Visit to the Hong Kong Observatory. The organizer and speaker was CM Tam, the first president of the Hong Kong alumni association, who now works at the Hong Kong Observatory. CM introduced and demonstrated various pieces of scientific equipment, and the event was followed by a buffet lunch.

28th August 1999: Freshmen Orientation at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

29th August 1998: Freshmen Orientation.

16th May 1998: Annual General Meeting at the City University of Hong Kong.
