Date: 29 September 2010

Mobilities Journal

Mobilities journal is pleased to announce that it has been nominated a'category 2' publication within the Danish National Research Bibliometric Indicator. This means that faculties and departments whose members of staff publish in the journal get maximum funding points from the Danish Ministry of Education. The effects of this are twofold; firstly, more Danish academics within the mobilities community will be expected to submit papers to the journal; and it means that the Danish mobilities community now have a 'class A' reference platform for academic interaction and communication.

The Editors would like to thank Ole Jensen at University of Aalborg for the major part he played in achieving this status for Mobilities journal.
