Hannah Causton, Jordan David, Holly Robinson and Claire Tuxworth have all been selected to show artworks in the exhibition to be held at the Curwen Gallery, Fitzrovia, London and The Rectory Gallery in Spitalfields this August.
Claire Tuxworth said: "It is a huge compliment to have been selected to take part in this exhibition out of so many talented artists, I'm sure it'll be a great experience and a fantastic opportunity to make that transition from student to working artist."
This year's selected Fine Art graduates were scouted at their Degree Show, 'Eclectic' at the Peter Scott Gallery which experienced a record number turn out at its Private View celebrations in June.
Gerry Davies, Director of Study forFine Art at Lancaster University, said: "Lancaster students have regularly exhibited in Northern Graduates, it's a testament to the quality of the degree but more so to their individual qualities as young artists. Those selected this year represent the range of artwork our students make, they span from Holly's socially engaged drawings, to Claire's highly aesthetic paintings to Jordan's wildly imaginative works with liquid graphite on Mylar. We wish them all the best for these forthcoming exhibitions."
Lancaster University Fine Art graduates have gained a reputation over the years for their exemplary work and have enjoyed a consistent record of selection for the 'Northern Graduates' exhibition which provides a showcase for Northern region creativity in London's popular art gallery location of Fitzrovia.
Curwen is a well-established contemporary gallery with a good reputation based on over 50 years in the centre of London.
Last year Lancaster University Fine Art graduates, Helen Wheeler and Kennis Chan, were selected for the exhibition.
