Understand what self confidence means and why we need it.

We will look at strategies for developing more self confidence, some of which are fairly easy to adopt, whilst others require more practice. The strategies apply to many different situations including interviews, seminars, the work environment and social situations.

The group will be kept small to allow everyone to feel comfortable contributing. It will definitely be non-scary!
