Research by the Association of Graduate Recruiters finds that many employers are failing to fill graduate-level jobs despite a surge in the number of university leavers.
According to the article published in The telegraph, almost nine in ten of Britain’s leading employers are failing to recruit the numbers of students that they need amid concerns over the poor quality of graduate job applications.
Figures show that 87 per cent of leading public and private sector organisations still have vacancies for university leavers months into this year’s recruitment cycle. Take a look at the list of employers attending the Manchester Recruitment Fair on 11th and 12th June 2014 to get an idea of the organisations still seeking students and graduates this far into the year.
