This programme provides students and graduates with the opportunity to secure a paid internship with a small to medium sized business.
This programme is sponsored by Santander Universities and provides employers with a subsidy of £1500 to recruit a student or graduate for an internship.
This may be for either 3 months full time or 6 months part time.
Some employers may subsequently appoint graduates to full time positions.
The internships are open to penultimate, final year and postgraduate students from Lancaster University.
They are also available to those who have graduated within the last two years.
Successful applicants will be paid National Minimum Wage for the duration of the internship.
