The overall objective of SecInCoRe (Secure Dynamic Cloud for Information, Communication and Resource Interoperability based on Pan-European Disaster Inventory) is to identify data sets, processes, information systems and business models used by first responders and Police authorities leading to a dynamic and secure cloud based ‘common information space’.

SecInCoRe is a collaborative design project that develops a Secure Dynamic Cloud based concept for Information, Communication and Resource Interoperability based on a Pan-European Disaster Inventory.

The objective of SecInCoRe (Secure Dynamic Cloud for Information, Communication and Resource Interoperability based on Pan-European Disaster Inventory) is to identify data sets, processes, information systems and business models used by first responders and Police authorities leading to a dynamic and secure cloud based ‘common information space’.

Interoperability in crisis management. This includes support for information exchange and access to a ‘common information space’. It is based on a pan-European disaster inventory of data sets, information systems, lessons learnt and ethical, legal and social issues.

SecInCoRe develops models for sustainable access to the information gathered throughout the project dependent on the type of stakeholder from open access to commercial service provision; the technical system concept will be assessed by first responders and police authorities, belonging to one or more European Member States, for collaborative management of emergencies and disasters.
