The stimulating, skill based workshops are designed to engage thinking in the expectations and needs for effective leadership, stretch participants to develop their skills and apply into real workplace practice and evidence the sustainability of their learning by addressing current organisational issues.
Participants felt engaged by the variety and excellent balance of listening and practical activities during the first session. They were motivated by the snappy, informative and interactive ‘taster’ sessions and enjoyed discussions in small groups with people from other areas. Practical ideas have been taken away to try with their teams, and ideas for personal improvement and sharing with colleagues have been generated. We were very encouraged by the feedback and look forward to delivering the rest of the programme.
“I enjoyed all aspects. I did not know what to expect. However, I found the day engaging and motivating. Good rapid sessions that left me excited for the next day”.
