2011 Graduation Pictures

Over 350 Pendle students graduated in two ceremonies on Friday, 22nd July, including the University’s first ever medics.

Delighted families gathered after the ceremony in Pendle Rooms to celebrate the fantastic success of their children and in spite of damp weather the whole day was enjoyed by all.

During the graduation, awards were presented to a small number of outstanding Pendlites.

  • The Donovan Tagg Award 2011 was presented to Patrick Minard
  • The Principal’s Award 2011 was presented to Poppy Mylroie
  • George Hayhurst Award 2011 was awarded to Anne Stubbins who retired as the College’s last Senior Tutor.
  • The Marcus Merriman Award was presented to Ed Treagus-Stansmore
  • The JCR President’s Award was presented to former JCR President, Andy Barnett
