On sale now in the College Office – tickets for the next Learn to Cook event on Wednesday, 7th November in the Pendle Rooms (7.00 pm start). Only £2 for a demonstration by the University Chefs of how to create Chicken Fricassee and Creamy Garlic Mushroom Stroganoff and a portion of each dish to eat afterwards. If you can’t stay for the meal then take a portion home to eat at a later date.
