The College is hosting another “Learn to Cook” session with University Chef, Julian Ankers at 7.00 pm on Wednesday, 6th February. The theme is Chinese Cookery and he will be demonstrating how to create Pork Dumplings with dips and Chicken/Vegetable Stir Fry.
The food available after the demonstration will be Port Spare Ribs, Chicken Stir Fry and Vegetable Stir Fry.
Tickets on sale from Pendle College Office for £2, which includes demo, supper and a recipe card. Catering have asked us not to sell tickets on the door as they will only be bringing down enough food to cover tickets sales.
