Briefing an External Agency
If you commission any marketing or design work, it’s important that you brief your agency properly. Taking the time to do this at the start of your project makes it easier for the agency to produce exactly what you want and it will also save you time and money.
Please use the creative brief form to commission your work. Our external agencies are familiar with these forms and will appreciate receiving your work request in this way.

The list of external agencies who have been briefed to use the University’s visual identity can be found here. They are all conversant with the communication toolkit and will make sure your design or marketing piece falls within the guidelines.
