Gender Pay Gap

Lancaster University has released a report on our gender pay gap in line with our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Vision 2020, organisational values and People Strategy 2020. Our gender pay gap is a product of the distribution of female and male staff across the whole University.
