Dr Fabrice Andrieux

Senior Lecturer

Research Overview

My research interests include physico-chemical sensors development, actinide chemistry especially in the context of nuclear fuel reprocessing flowsheet development and novel electrochemical energy storage systems. I have establshed links with Sellafield Sites Ltd, ICL Innovations and the National Nuclear Laboratory.

I have written in excess of 30 publications nearly half of which are technical reports written for industry sponsors (BNFL, NSTS and Nexia Solutions Ltd, ICL Innovations). I have delivered lectures in the USA and Canada and was invited to deliver a lecture at the 5th International Conference of Applied Mathematics and Computing at the University of Plovdiv, Bulgaria in the summer of 2008.

I am a reviewer for the Journal of Solution Chemistry, MDPI, the IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering. I am a member of the Electrochemical Society, the Royal Society of Chemistry and its Electrochemistry group, and an affiliate member if the IChemE.
