I am a full time freelance group exercise instructor and personal trainer. I teach Spinning, Legs, Bums and Tums, Body Pump, Insanity, Metafit, High Intensity Interval Training, outdoor Boot-camps on campus, Core Strength training and Box Fit. I also do small group and 1:1 training. My sessions are hard but fun and designed to help you achieve your goals.
Sarah Marshall Fitness was founded in 2013 when my love for exercise became my passion – I knew I needed to work in the industry full time. After years (began 2011) of completing various qualifications, exams, practicing choreography, attending fitness conventions and training courses, which I still do now, I am now full time freelance group exercise instructor and personal trainer.
My greatest achievement so far is training one of my clients to complete IronMan 70.3 in Exmoor – 6 months of training!
I was initially encouraged and supported by the Enterprise Team which gave me the confidence, skills and knowledge to set up my own business
