Kaizen Academy

Kaizen Academy is a dedicated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts facility in Lancaster. Kaizen Academy is trying to improve and modernize the way in which martial arts are taught by providing world-class, academic martial arts instruction by professional fighters in a friendly, open and welcoming environment.

Laura Daglish is a personal trainer, instructor and creative confidence coach based in Lancaster. Through fusing her passion for fitness and the arts she can help you to use your mind and body to reach your goals, maintain them and set and achieve new goals, whether related to losing body fat, improving muscle tone, improving flexibility, reducing stress,
rehabilitating an injury, improving eating habits or improving confidence.

Sarah Marshall Fitness

Personal trainer and group exercise instructor including Spinning, Legs, Bums and Tums, Body Pump, Insanity, Metafit, High Intensity Interval training, outdoor boot-camps on Lancaster University campus, Core Strength training and Box fit. The sessions are hard but fun and designed to help you achieve your goals.

Will Medd Coaching

Coaching for clarity, courage and commitment to change your experience of life and deepen the connections that matter. Coaching tends to occur over the telephone or on Skype or else through a number of coaching based workshops and programmes including, group coaching, retreats and mindfulness. Emotions, metaphor, embodied experience, stretching comfort zones and mindfulness all come into play.
