All Lancaster University students and staff with the appropriate log-on are able to report building maintenance, cleaning, grounds and telephone faults at the Facilities Helpdesk.

The Facilities Helpdesk supplements the online fault reporting facility and provides a central point of contact for staff, students and visitors to enquire about the range of services provided by Facilities:

Reception opening hours

Monday-Wednesday: 9.00am - 5.30pm

Thursday-Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm

In an Emergency or Outside of Normal Working Hours

If you require an immediate response, where a dangerous situation exists or further damage can be prevented, all calls must be directed to the Security Lodge, telephone: 01524 594541.
