All Lancaster University students and staff with the appropriate log-on are able to report building maintenance, cleaning, grounds and telephone faults at the Facilities Helpdesk.
The Facilities Helpdesk supplements the online fault reporting facility and provides a central point of contact for staff, students and visitors to enquire about the range of services provided by Facilities:
- Facilities enquiries
- Fault reporting
- Follow up, progress and escalation of faults and requests
- General requests for information
- Notification of planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
