In new a partnership, led by Lancaster University, between the British Ecological Society and N8 Agrifood programme we are breaking down the barriers between AgriFood researchers and the food-consuming public by running a lively and interactive exhibit at the BBC Good Food Show in Birmingham 14-17 June 2018.Under the theme “The Nature of Food”, researchers will be sharing the contribution of ecology and agricultural sciences to the production of the food we eat. There will not be many other ‘science’ focused stands at the show,so we have a great opportunity to engage with the audience there, being a good dose of research amongst all that lovely food!
