If you're thinking about your options for next year - where to live, what to live in and with whom - make sure you come to our Student Housing Fair to find out before making any decision.

There's certainly no shortage of student accommodation in Lancaster, from traditional terraced housing to modern apartment blocks, halls of residence in the city to those on campus itself. It's important that you take the time to find out what's available and make the best decision for yourself.

Lancaster University Homes is our own accreditation scheme that groups together the best of what's out there and presents it to you in one package. You can be sure that all properties included on the scheme have been inspected by us for quality, that all safety certificates are in place and up to date, any deposits are held in the correct legal way and the landlord conducts business in a fit and proper way. Put simply, it's the only place to find student accommodation approved by both universities and Lancaster City Council.

On Thursday 24 November the Housing Fair takes place in the County South Lecture Theatre and you can come along and meet many of our landlords, talk to them, pick up freebies and then make an informed decision about where you want to live next year. Drop in when you're available any time between 3pm and 6pm.

Or if you want to find out more now, make sure you go to lancasteruniversityhomes.co.uk.
