If you're a student looking to stay in Lancaster for all or part of the summer, County College will be the host this year.

The accommodation portal has now opened for summer vacation applications. As ever, bookings can be made for all or part of the vacation, though the minimum duration for any booking is seven days. If you require only short term accommodation you should contact Visitor Rooms via the Conference Office.

Bookings are subject to availability and should be made at least seven days before the start. Remember - if you want to make a booking from the start of the vacation (9 July) the deadline for us receiving your application is Monday 2 July.

County College offers a mix of Superior Ensuite and Superior Standard accommodation during the summer. The Superior Ensuite rooms cost £130.76 per week, with Superior Standard rooms priced at £112.77.

Terms and Conditions of residence remain the same as those published in the Residents' Handbook.

Bookings & Payments

Shortly after you submit your application you will receive a confirmation email with arrival instructions and your invoice. If the booking is for less than 4 weeks you will need to pay the whole amount before you can collect the keys. If you are staying longer, you need to pay at least the first four weeks in advance. Keys will be issued by the porter only upon presentation of the appropriate receipt. You should pay online with a card and will receive an email receipt.

The last day for arrivals into Summer Accommodation is Sunday 9 September.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate non-students, or those in debt to the University.
