  • Bank Holiday Bus Timetable Changes

    Please be aware that on this Bank Holiday Monday (28th May) Stagecoach will operate to Sunday timetables on all of their local bus services

  • Roses 2018 Travel Information

    From 2.00pm on Friday 4th May to 7.00pm on Sunday 6th May, Bigforth Drive (the main university drive) will be closed due to Roses taking place on campus. This will have impacts on vehicles and bus services.

  • Buses are diverted on Saturday 21st April between 7am and 1pm

    A closure to the inbound lane of Bigforth Drive will cause buses to divert and service to be disrupted between 7am and 1pm on Saturday 21st April.

  • 5 Week lane closure planned for A6 Scotforth Road

    The Southbound lane will close along Scotforth Road on the A6 from the 5th March for a period of 5 weeks to allow for the installation of network services for the Health Innovation Project.

  • Traffic expected along the A6 as southbound lane closes for 2 weeks.

    Traffic congestion between Lancaster City and the University Campus is expected to worsen from Monday 19th February due to the closure of the southbound lane of the A6 carriageway.

  • Parking concerns on Hazelrigg Lane

    Drivers parking on local rural roads such as Hazelrigg Lane are asked to avoid parking there due to safety concerns about the volume of vehicles being double parked, causing congestion.
