My main research interests relate to the law of child sexual exploitation, particularly where it is facilitated by Information & Communication Technologies, and much of my work relates to child pornography, child grooming and child solicitation. I am also interested in cybercrime issues and have a particular interest in harmful content (including child pornography, hate-crime material and self-harm websites) although I am also interested in more general cybercrime issues. I also have a research interest in the regulation of covert surveillance, including open-source intelligence.
