A challenging documentary following the journey of Adnan Joulani, a Palestinian journalist, and Benny Hernes, a captain in the Israeli police force, through the landscape of the Intifada (the Palestinian uprising in the Occupied Territories). Attempting to convey to each other their personal story of the conflict, they bring together past and present, memories and symbolic places, in a film that reflects the difficulties and hopes in seeing a conflict from the other's point of view.
