IAS Workshop - Negotiating Religious Identities - Religion, Sexuality & Politics
Date: 24 January 2007 Time: 1.00 pm
Religion, Sexuality and Politics: Reflections on the Lived Experiences of Non-heterosexual Christians and Muslims
Rather than invite outside speakers who deliver to an audience which never meets again, we plan a series of workshops which bring together interested colleagues. We have invited experts from outside the university to reflect back on our ideas and offer their own perspectives.
The workshops encourage a diversity of styles and topics ranging from case studies or performance to more traditional expositions.
Unless otherwise indicated, they will take place from 1-3pm on Wednesdays in the IAS Building, Meeting Room 3.
The speaker for this event is Andrew Yip from Nottingham Trent University.
