Modern Law Review seminar, 'Tackling Child Sexual Exploitation: Offences, Offenders and Victims',hosted by the Law School at Lancaster University.
The seminar will draw together academics and practitioners from different disciplines and will draw on a wide range of interdisciplinary research so that proposals for legal reform can be identified, looking to ensure that the law takes account of victim and offender behaviour.Topics under discussion include:
· Internet sex offenders.
· Child Pornography.
· Assisting and protecting victims of child sexual exploitation.
· Victims and the court system.
· Female perpetrators of sex offending.
· Group localised grooming.
· Sex Tourism.
