Law 316 - Immigration and Asylum Law

This course aims to introduce students to some of the core concepts of Immigration and Asylum law. Topics to be covered include the history and nature of immigration law, asylum claims and limitations on grants of asylum, human rights and immigration law and appeals and deportation.

Available to final year students only.

Assessment

Coursework 50%, Exam 50%
