Law 321 - Principles of Labour Law

(half unit in 2nd term)

This course deals with law of labour and industrial relations. The course considers the collective aspects of employment law, e.g.: the 'right to strike', picketing and public order, secondary action; the use of the civil and criminal law in the regulation of industrial action.

This course is only available to final year students.

Assessment

Coursework 50%, Exam 50%
