My research interests focus on a variety of political issues in East Asia including regional cooperation, state and economic development model and democratic transition.

Profile

Ernest Ng is the research officer of the office of the Hon. Kenneth Leung at the Legislative Council in Hong Kong . He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hong Kong, double majoring in Linguistics and Politics & Public Administration, and Master of Arts in Asian and International Studies at the City University of Hong Kong. He is currently studying PhD in Politics at Lancaster University, with political oppositions in Hong Kong as focus.
