European Union Politics, British Politics, EU Policy and Integration (Theory), Europeanization and Social Policy.
My research examines member states social policy responses to the present European Economic Crisis (Euro Crisis), in particular Britain and Ireland, analysing whether the crisis is an opportunity for the development of the EU rather than a threat to the EU's existence, as is traditionally assumed.
