Dr Evie Papavasiliou DrSenior Research Associate
Evie is a post-doctoral senior research associate with Lilac based at Lancaster University. Her background lies in psychology and health research. Since 2011, when she joined the Division of Health Research, she has been involved in a number of health related EU FP7 funded projects (EUROIMPACT, ATOME) and a randomized control trial and evaluation study (ELSA) funded by the Cabinet Office. Evie is particularly interested in health inequalities and public health and is currently working on the Communities in Control Study.
Other research interests: palliative medicine, palliative sedation, euthanasia, advance care planning, end-of-life care legal and ethical issues
