The £50,000 Inventor Prize is looking for the UK's best inventions that help make people's lives better.

 

Nesta have launched the Inventor Prize prize in partnership with the Department for Business, Energy & Industrual Strategy (BEIS) to inspire and harness the potential of the UK's home-grown inventors and stimulate user-led innovation.

The prize will support individuals and small organisations to get their innovative products on the road to market and will offer 10 finalists the time, money and suport to start that journey.  £50,000 will be awarded to the finalist and two runner up prizes of £5,000 and £15,000 for two most promising products.
