Come and visit Lancaster, to see what we have to offer!
University Open Days
To help you make your UCAS choices, University-wide Undergraduate Open Days are held in August and September each year. These popular events allow you and your family to explore what the Lancaster campus has to offer, including an opportunity to talk in detail to staff and students of the Faculty of Health and Medicine, amongst other departments.
If you're interested in postgraduate study, you're welcome to attend the University's dedicated Postgraduate Open Day.
Throughout the year, you can find out what living and studying at Lancaster University is like by joining a campus tour, typically led by current students. It's possible to combine a campus tour with an appointment to visit the Faculty by contacting us directly. We request at least 48 hours notice, so we can make arrangements for an appropriate person to meet you!
Divisional Open Days
If you've applied to an undergraduate degree programmes within the Division of Biomedical and Life Sciences, you and your family will be invited to an open day relevant to the degree scheme(s) for which you have applied. These Open Days normally take place between November and March, so you'll see normal term-time activity within the Division, with current students attending lectures and practical classes.
Can't get to one of our open days?
You can visit the University informally at any time, though unfortunately it isn't possible to visit the Faculty and speak to an Admissions Tutor except by prior arrangement.
