What we Offer

We have a unique blend of expertise in biomedical, medical, social science, organisational development and Work Based Learning.

We don't have a fixed portfolio, as we design programmes in partnership; areas include Leadership and Management, Professional and Personal Development, Innovation and Improvement, Change management and Organisational Learning. Programmes lead to University accreditation if required.

Internal partnership working and our links with industry have resulted in programmes such as Applied Bioscience and Business Management.   Partnerships with the NHS have led to initiatives such as a Clinical Leadership development programme for 40 Ward Managers in Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Our Postgraduate Negotiated Work Based Learning framework enables individuals to gain academic credit for prior experience, learning and achievement and achieve 'tailor-made' Masters Degrees based around work place agendas and projects.

We can facilitate team development with Action learning sets using skilled facilitators who can enable small groups to learn from each other as they work on real problems and implement solutions. We use Action Research to support work related research in order to diagnose issues, engage key stakeholders, prompt actions and find solutions to work place problems and we can develop Organisational Learning through our approach to facilitating collaborative learning across organisations.
