Lancashire Aimhigher Disability (LAD)
One of the over-arching aims of Aimhigher Lancashire is to be inclusive and embrace diversity. Within the wider project there is a commitment to ensure that all activities support students within a single learning environment, yet increase participation from this currently under-represented group. Provision will include staff development, staff training to support disabled students and the development of appropriate materials and resources.

For a summary and links to materials developed in response to questions, suggestions and examples of good practice gathered from Aimhigher Co-ordinators, Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators (SENCO), Learning Support Managers and Higher Education Disability Advisors.
Explores the HE experiences from the perspective of 3 groups of disabled students and considers the issues of transition into employment.
