This page outlines the submission and registration deadlines for the PGRC 2024. If any changes are necessary they will be announced on this page, and registered attendees will also be informed by email:

  • Call for abstracts and 3MT® titles – Wednesday 20th December 2023
  • Registration opens – Wednesday 20th December 2023
  • Presentation abstract/Three Minute Thesis title/poster abstract submission deadline (only postgraduate research students can submit) – Friday 23rd February 2024
  • Long presentation and poster notification of acceptance – Monday 26th February 2024
  • Three minute thesis notification of acceptance – Monday 26th February 2024
  • Registration deadline for attending in person - Thursday 29th February 2024
  • Electronic version of poster submission deadline – Friday 1st March 2024
  • Registration deadline for online delegates – Wednesday 6th March 2024
  • Conference Day – Saturday 9th March
