What is action learning?

Action learning is a continuous process of learning and reflection, supported by colleagues, with the intention of getting things done.

This practical workshop will cover the theory, practical skills and best practice for successful action learning. Particularly aimed at those wishing to lead action learning sets, but also those managers and project leaders who would like to take an action learning approach to change and team development.
