If you need some IT help or support you can either search for the information you need or you can contact us.

When you simply need some information, such as how to set up your device to connect to the eduroam wireless network or how to top up your print credit, you can:

  • take a look at the Frequently Asked Questions on our website pages – the answer you’re looking for might be listed on the homepage, or on the relevant Service page; or
  • try searching LancasterAnswers, our online information base.

If you can’t get the help you need from our online information, you probably need to contact us instead. You can do this in person, at the ISS Service Desk in the Learning Zone, or you can phone or email.

Of course, you might need help because of a fault or problem with your personal device, such as a laptop or mobile phone. If so, The Workshop provides cost-effective support, including repairs, servicing, mobile phone setup and computer health checks, as well as new and refurbished PC sales. You can find the Workshop on campus in County Main.
