We've listened to your feedback - and here are some of the changes we've made over the last year to improve your IT experience.

This year we made it easier to connect securely when accessing wi-fi for the first time.

This year we gave you free short online courses to boost your IT skills.

Five completed courses can get you the Digital Skills Certificate to boost your CV and help prove your digital know-how.

This year we gave you additional ways to check in at teaching sessions.

We added a geolocation check-in option, and enabled you to check in on a laptop or iPad as well as on your phone.

This year we put more face-to-face IT support in place for new students.

We provided more support at Registration events and during Welcome Week to help new students with their IT problems.

This year we made getting IT help in the Learning Zone a better experience.

We redeveloped the Learning Zone to give you a better experience when you want to speak to our staff or get self-help.
