Secure file sharing anytime, anywhere, from any device. Box is Lancaster’s new cloud-based file-sharing service. Initially considered as a secure alternative to Dropbox, LU Box is now being developed as part of Digital Lancaster, making online collaboration easier.
From 1st July 2015 onwards, in order for Staff and Postgraduate Students to receive their Lancaster University Exchange email and calendars on a mobile device they will be required to have lock screen security (such as a PIN or passcode) on the device.

We have changed the way that webmail gives undergraduate students access to their email account. Office 365 email will now be redirected to the Lancaster University Office 365 portal at www.lancaster.ac.uk/office365.
