Windows 10 (the latest Microsoft operating system) is being rolled out to all University staff supported Windows computers.

Support is also available from the ISS Service Desk for personal desktop computers, laptops and mobile devices which are being used to access Lancaster University services and applications.
For help fixing faults and issues with personal IT equipment, we recommend The Workshop. Based in the Learning Zone, The Workshop is a paid-for, not-for-profit service which helps diagnose and fix personal IT equipment problems.
