Student Portal, Moodle and Sakai
Students and staff can log in to the student portal to gain access to Moodle and Sakai, see information from the Library, timetabling and much more.
The University’s Virtual Learning Environments, Moodle and Sakai, allow students to access course materials, enter into discussion with one another, do online tests and submit assignments.
Staff can access Moodle and Sakai to upload course content for students and download course assignments through Turnitin as well as partake in student discussions and forums.
LUMES is also accessed through the student portal and is used for evaluating modules - LUMES allows academic staff to collect student feedback on courses.
