Help for resetting or changing your University account password.
To reset your password
You can reset your University account password using our online password reset service providing you have a personal email address registered for the service.
If you've forgotten your password and you haven't got a personal email address registered for the service, you'll need to go to the ISS Service Desk in the Learning Zone to get it reset.
To register an email address for the online password reset service
Note that to register a personal email address you need to know your University account username and password. If you've forgotten your password, you can't register an email address until your password has been reset - you'll need to go to the ISS Service Desk in the Learning Zone to get this done.

To change your password
You can change your University account password online. You’ll need your University account username (eg bloggsj) and current password in order to do this.
