The Lancaster 2016 SLSA Annual Conference will continue to provide family facilities, following Warwick 2015.
If you have any questions about bringing children to the Conference, please contact us FAO: Amanda Cahill Ripley.
We plan to provide a space for parents and young children away from the hustle and bustle of the conference in the LICA building (building 4, Campus Map).

Please see buildings 11 and 24 on the Campus Map.
There is a limited amount of twin room accommodation on campus. Please book online as normal and then contact Emma Beaumont in the Conference Centre to arrange to be allocated to a twin room.
There would be a charge of £18.00 per day for the additional breakfast/person in the room, if you could call the office once you have booked all your other items Emma can arrange to take this part of the payment for you as we don’t have an option for this set up online.
Please note that if your child requires a cot you should bring your own as the University does not provide these.
In the event that no more twin rooms are available on campus, a small number of twin rooms are available from the Conference hotels in town.
