Criminal Law and Criminal Justice
This stream invites submissions on all areas of substantive criminal law and criminal justice, whether national, European or international, and whether on theory, policy or practice. Empirical work is welcomed, and papers on ‘work in progress’ will be considered provided the work is sufficiently developed. Both individual papers and panel submissions (of three related papers) may be submitted, and postgraduate students are also encouraged to submit abstracts.
Please note that papers on sentencing and punishment should be referred to that stream. If you have any questions please contact the convenors.
Abstracts may only be submitted via the Easy Chair Platform. They must be no longer than 300 words and should include your title, name and institutional affiliation and your email address for correspondence.
The deadline for submissions is Monday 18th January 2016.
