Abstracts are invited on any socio-legal theme relating to labour law, including international comparisons, trade unions, equality and human rights in the workplace, workers’ pay, dispute resolution, and labour relations.
Purely as illustrations, the topics covered in previous years’ Annual Conferences included: occupational health and safety in Australia and China; mediation in New Zealand; the Posted Workers Directive; universities’ treatment of atypical workers; sham employment contracts; access to employment tribunal; Irish migration law; the lack of labour protection in the Gulf; and international labour rights in west Africa.

Abstracts may only be submitted via the Easy Chair Platform. They must be no longer than 300 words and should include your title, name and institutional affiliation and your email address for correspondence.
