Event Details

In this Tropical Futures seminar, Dr Felipe Melo (Federal University of Pernambuco, Brazil) will discuss the relationships between human-caused disturbance, biodiversity and poverty in the Brazilian drylands of the Caatinga.

The water-energy-food nexus (WEF Nexus) is the main framework guiding a potential research agenda Dr Melo plans to establish in cooperation with Lancaster University staff. Critical comments are therefore welcome and helpful!

All students, staff and colleagues very welcome!
