Our degrees offer excellent employment prospects, with 97% of students going onto employment of further study within 6 months of graduating from Lancaster. We offer a wide range of support, helping you realise your careers ambitions and providing you with the skills to reach your full potential.

Our graduates are employed in a wide range of roles ranging from environmental consultancy to teaching and waste management to ecological research.

It is our goal is to empower all our graduates with the skills, confidence and experience they need to achieve a successful career doing what they wish. Our degree schemes are designed to give you a wide range of transferable skills desirable to employers within the environmental sector and beyond, whilst we also offer countless opportunities to gain valuable additions to their CV and enhance their employability through work experience, internships and workshops.

We have accumulated an impressive track record of graduate destinations spanning a wide range of roles and businesses. Whilst many of our students go onto employment following graduation, others may further develop their knowledge of their subject by continuing in postgraduate education.
