Research Bites

Research Bites are short, informal sessions aimed at the research community at Lancaster University.

These sessions are open to postgraduates, research students and staff. The aim is to deliver useful information, start discussions and answer questions for the benefit of anyone conducting research at Lancaster University. We use the Vitae Researcher Development Framework to help us plan a varied and relevant programme.

Topics to watch out for:

  • Information seeking
  • Information management
  • Research data and infrastructure
  • Open access
  • Intellectual Property, copyright and patents
  • Research funding and resources
  • Research metrics

There is no need to book, just turn up.

Follow the Research Bites blog for details of past sessions, recordings and follow up Q&As. For more information contact Research Bites
