We are pleased to announce the 12th Lancaster University International Postgraduate Conference in Linguistics and Language Teaching which will take place at Lancaster University on Monday 26 June 2017.

This conference is designed to give linguistics postgraduates from various areas in linguistics and language teaching/assessment an opportunity to present and discuss their research in an informal and intellectually stimulating setting. The conference is organized by postgraduate students under the auspices of the Department of Linguistic and English Language, Lancaster University.  

This year the conference is held within the framework of The Intellectual Party 26-27 June. 

The conference is a fantastic opportunity to meet with research students from around the world, discuss your work in a friendly and encouraging environment and engage with some of Lancaster’s renowned academic staff.  

 Key Dates

  • Abstracts must be received by: Wednesday 1 March
  • Notification of acceptance: Friday 24 March
  • Registration deadline: Friday 21 April
  • Conference: Monday 26 June
